How We Started
   Created in March 2018, Catnip began with the realization that the Northwestern Medill School of Journalism lacked an emphasis on entertainment reporting, as well as interactive online media. With this in mind, we started out with the idea of creating content like many of our favorite outlets. Our tagline for Catnip is "Think Ellen meets Buzzfeed!"
What is my role?
   As one of the founding members of Catnip, I began as a reporter and have since taken on a leadership position as an Executive Producer and Marketing Director. I have hosted/moderated episodes, produced in episodes in the field, edited videos and worked on social media outreach for our content. Additionally, I created our current full-page logo in Adobe Illustrator.
